The most-watched German series on Netflix is finally renewed for a third season and we’re talking about How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast). There’s a lot to look forward to as the story’s plot thickens, and the drug empire of Mo is in danger.
Created by Philipp Käßbohrer and Matthias Murmann, the series has successfully been one of the top international shows on the platform, most especially from Germany. Not that there have been many German Originals on the platform, but How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast) has represented the country very well––being the best of the small population.
The series was inspired by Maximilian S.’s true-life story. Found guild in 2015, Maximilian was found selling and distributing over 914kg of drugs on the darknet and clearnet.
Just like any international series, the series was first loved by the Germans themselves. After a while, fans all around the world started to swarm the series––making the renewal for a third season pretty unsurprising at all. Käßbohrer and Murmann definitely deserved what’s in store for the series.
If there’s anything you can expect for the third season, it’s the fall of Mo’s drug empire. We’ve realized this as when Mo was in prison, he was talking to a documentary team about details and stories of his empire.
After MyDrugs was destroyed by his former friends, the golden egg Good Time has been eradicated and Mo’s shoulders are as heavier than ever. If anything, however, we know that Mo lives––possibly ending up in police custody.
It took more than a year for the seconds season to come out after the first on Netflix. If the third season follows the same schedule, then we can expect How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast) in September of 2021 (late summer or early fall)––not considering any issues raised by the pandemic.
