LeBron James will be producing Netflix movie ‘Hustle’ starring Adam Sandler

I never thought I’d see the day, people. LeBron has been such a dominant force in the NBA that he decided to take his talents to South Be––oh sorry––the entertainment industry. However, he’s been in the industry for quite a long time now.

If you know LeBron, you know his resume with great teammates. The list includes Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh in Miami, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love in Cleveland, and one of the most dominant duos the game has ever created––him and Anthony Davis in Los Angeles.

Off the court, though, he’s worked with people like Bill Hader in Trainwreck, the voice of Gwangi in Smallfoot, and has been a producer for many different films and series. This man is the epitome of talented on and off the court.

Now, he is reportedly partnering with one of the biggest celebrities of them all––comical genius, Adam Sandler (who, I might add, can play ball).

According to Jeff Sneider of Collider, James and Maverick Carter will be producing the Netflix movie Hustle that will be starring Sandler. The duo will be producing the movie under their very own Springhill Entertainment banner alongside Sandler’s Happy Madison and Joe Roth, Jeff Kirschenbaum, and Zack Roth’s Roth/Kirschenbaum Films.

Sneider said that the movie will be revolving around Sandler’s character “who was fired from the NBA but attempts a comeback when he finds a talented player abroad. Sandler will try to bring that player to the United States and help him make the NBA all while reviving his own career as a scout.”

Like I’ve said, James isn’t just the leader of the teams he’s been, but also the films he produces. Not to mention he’s the star for Space Jam‘s sequel with Michael Jordan being the only one to play a similar role. If that doesn’t put James in your top 5 talents then I don’t know what will.
