When two giants of the media co-exist to fight an issue, best believe that it’ll see results like no other. As entertainment becomes a facet of our daily lives, Netflix and Instagram work together to launch a weekly live series called Wanna Talk About It? to help the audiences focus on their mental heal and how to cope with it during the amidst the lockdowns brought by the coronavirus pandemic.
The Instagram series will be airing every Thursday until the 4th of May on Netflix’s official Instagram account to fend off the obstacles that young adults have been facing in light of their mental health during this condemned event.
The show will include big stars such as Noah Centineo from (To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before), Joey King (The Kissing Booth), Ross Butler (13 Reasons Why), Caleb McLaughlin (Stranger Things), Lana Condor (To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before), Jerry Harris (Cheer), and Alisha Boe (13 Reasons Why).

As entertaining as a bunch of these Hollywood stars sound, the series will also be featuring trusted mental health experts from organizations such as the National Alliance on Mental Illness, Mental Health America, The Trevor Project, Crisis Text Line and American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
The show will be spearheading recommended coping mechanisms during the COVID-19 pandemic given by the health expert who will be discussing the challenges young adults are likely to be facing during this period. Some examples of the topics include: having trouble sleeping, how to stay connected during social distancing, how to manage anxiety, and what really is self-care.
Not only has the pandemic likely shut off the first half of 2020 (or possibly more), the show will be doing its best to solve what is the growing anxiety in their homes.
Netflix has released a trailer for the series that includes all of your favorite stars introducing the concept that founded the series. Throughout the month, the streaming giant will be sharing more details about upcoming episodes.
