Well, well, well. Netflix has come to its senses and has bestowed upon us beautiful news, friends!
The streaming giant has renewed shows The Circle and Love Is Blind as well as announcing a brand new show from our favorite clean-up guru Marie Kondo!
The Circle has been a strong addition by Netflix during the start of the year. Despite the series young career, the dubbed “social experiment competition” definitely got the attention of the viewers with flirting, befriending, catfishing, and a huge prize pool of $100,000.
On the other hand, Love Is Blind with hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey has swept audiences on their feet. The series premiered in February with a weirdly satisfying concept of finding love not through physical attributes but through everything else invisible to the naked eye.
Fortunately for us, Tuesday was the day Netflix renewed it for two seasons! The new seasons of both shows will be premiering on the streaming giant next year.
To go alongside both shows, Netflix has also renewed its music competition series Rhythm + Flow for all music lovers out there!
Tidying Up with Marie Kondo has also taken the Netflix world by storm! Marie Kondo was a huge star in 2019 and deservingly so gets another project with Netflix more than a year later. In Sparking Joy with Marie Kondo, the host only has one goal and that’s to “tidy one small town in America, sparking joy in big new ways.”
“It’s been incredible to see Netflix members everywhere respond to the raw, authentic stories of real people and real stakes,” said Brandon Riegg, Netflix’s vice president of nonfiction series and comedy specials. “We pride ourselves on creating a favorite show for any taste, and we’re thrilled fans embraced all of these series with such enthusiasm and shared passion. We look forward to sparking more joy for our members.”
