One Punch Man has been a testament to anime. Saitama has become an embodiment of silently winning your battles, some even literal. Honestly, this anime is just so entertaining even if you just watch snippets of it––so what more if you watch the whole thing, am I right?
Anywho, Saitama and the gang are returning for a third season––and it has also been verified––to no surprise at all. However, much like that of every fan of the anime asks, when is it premiering?
Coronavirus has delayed season 3 of One Punch Man. Now I’m fucking mad. Fuck off

The previous installment of the anime aired between the months of April and July 2019. If we’re following the same timetable here, we’d be expecting the third season to air around the same time. However, because of the pandemic and its effect on the productions of both series and films, it may have caused the anime some delay as well.
The thing is, the release between the first season and the second proves to be the point of anxiety here for fans as it had a gap of four years. Everyone hopes this will not be the case.
Whatever the case, the newest release date is yet to be disclosed to the public. Either way, we anticipate it to be revealed in the near future. If anything, the production team is still waiting for the perfect time to release such information. Hopefully, the series can premier around the Spring of 2021, give or take.
As for the worldwide Netflix launch, we’d have to first wait for the release in Japan as the streaming giant normally waits a couple of months before it premiers internationally.
Concerning the cast, we’re happy to tell you that, so far, no one will be leaving the cast. However, there will be no new member joining as well––so don’t expect too much on new characters and the likes. Coming back for another season are Makoto Furukawa as Saitama, Kaito Ishikawa as Genos, Youji as Bespectacled Worker, Shota Yamamoto as bearded Worker, Nobuo Tobita as Stich, and Hiromichi Tezuka as Commentator.
For the plot, there are none shown just yet and, unfortunately, as usual. However, there are things that might’ve been left in season two that will be answered in the third installment of the anime. For one, Garo is going to become a monster. Considering the unimaginable power of Garo himself, what more if he becomes dangerous and possibly a threat to mankind. And, maybe, we’d finally see someone who can withstand Saitama’s trademark punch. Saitama, on the other hand, looks like he’s struggling to fight––finally breaking a sweat in the last season. Will we see him lose this time? I doubt it, but it’s actually exciting to know that Saitama’s power is matched by someone else. We’ll see to it, however.

With no plot and release date, there isn’t much of a chance a trailer is at grasp as well. Despite the circumstances of the pandemic and its current effect on the anime, the series is lucky enough to still have fans from all across the globe. Just imagine the hype when the trailer comes out, yes?
