Ozark season 3: Release date, teaser trailer and synopsis

Jason Bateman’s been a very busy man. With his project, The Outsider, debuting on HBO this weekend. The film is an adaptation of Stephen King’s novel and will be directed and produced by Bateman himself, and did I tell you that he’s also starring in it? Yup, very busy.

To add to that already-busy schedule, Bateman also spent the last few years of the 2010s in producing and starring in Ozark, a Netflix show about a suburban family that left for the mountains and interrupt its dangerous drug trades. If you’re already hooked with what I’ve just said, the Emmy nominations have as well––which co-star Julia Garner won for being a wonderful co-star during the Ozark‘s second season.

Wait no further for its third season, though, as it’s already coming on the 27th of March!

“The third season to us is [about] what keeps you safe and whether or not hiding keeps you safe or attacking keeps you safe,” executive producer Chris Mundy said earlier this year. “In other seasons—between Season 1 and Season 2, certainly—we sort of left with a whole lot of plot we needed to answer, and we intentionally didn’t leave ourselves with a whole lot of plot to answer for in Season 3. So it’s more emotional within; we write everything through the marriage. So for us, it’s all about that marriage.”

Cards and A LOT of money-laundering in that visual piece, yeah? “They are all in,” it teases.
If it’s not enough for you visual tastebuds, here’s a little synopsis for you:

“It’s six months later, the casino is up and running, but Marty and Wendy are fighting for control of the family’s destiny. Marty preaches keeping the status quo. Aided by an alliance with Helen and drug cartel leader Omar Navarro, Wendy plots for expansion. But when Wendy’s brother Ben comes into town, everyone’s lives are thrown into chaos.”
