Chris Pratt has won the hearts of many people for his role as Star-Lord in Guardians of The Galaxy, the hilarious Marvel saga. But now he returns to the small screen to star in an Amazon Prime Video series that promises to keep us holding on to our seats while we watch it.
The series name is The Terminal List, a thriller series based on the novel by Jack Carr. The plot follows the life of James Reece (who will be played by Pratt), a U.S. Army veteran who returns home after losing his platoon in an ambush during a secret operation.
Jack returns to America confused, with vague memories of what really happened in the field and even doubting his guilt about the death of his platoon. As his mind clears, Jack searches for answers. Then he understands that forces are conspiring against him.
With The Terminal List, Chris Pratt returns to the silver screen five years after Parks and Recreation, his last television series. In this new Amazon series, he will return not only as of the main character but also as a producer through Indivisible Productions.
The Terminal List will also be directed and produced by Antoine Fuqua and will be written by David DiGilio. The series will be a collaboration between Amazon Studios and Civic Center Media in association with MRC Television.
We will be watching to be the first to hear about new details in this Amazon Prime thriller. Until then, it’s a good idea to read the original novel to get an idea of what to expect from the series.
