The fourth and potentially final season of Netflix’s first Turkish Original, The Protector, will be coming to the streaming giant in July 2020. So far, we have it down to what you can expect to even the cast for the fourth season––as well as its specific release date.
The Turkish Netflix Original superhero-drama series was spearheaded by Binnur Karaevli. The series is an adaptation of Nulüfer İpek Gökdel’s Karakalem ve Bir Delikanlının Tuhaf Hikayesi.
Along with its accolade of being the first Turkish Netflix Original for the streamer, it has absolutely destroyed all expectations––giving us better quality and combine with that a pretty solid fanbase.
If you’re just as excited as us, then you’ll be delighted to know that the series will come back to the platform on the 9th of July, 2020. On the release, the series will be boasting 10 episodes which are 40 minutes long.
Here’s what might happen in the fourth season’s storyline: After fighting the good fight against Vizier, Hakan still failed to stop Istanbul from falling to its demise––the darkness of the immortal. However, Hakan refused to quit and in order to save the city and himself, he must search for the darkness of the past and bring balance back to the light––stopping the immortals.
Upon rumors circulating that the next season will be its last, Turkish news site Zeynart has already confirmed this to, unfortunately, be true.
Coming back to the fourth season, of course, are its cast members––and these are those of which who are already confirmed to return for the final season of The Protector.
